Neat rooms with great view, pleasant stay! Sensational options for breakfast with a Thai cuisine.

The hotel is impressive and exceptionally comfortable with CONSISTENTLY COURTEOUS employees from bellboys to managers. The location is good, it is close to an underground station. Every time we stay in Bangkok, like to stay here.

The hotel had a beautifully designed pool area, made for a relaxing evening. I also loved the prayer mat and Quran provided in the room.

The hotel was perfect, clean. Exceptionally comfortable beds and climate control, a personal safe, and multi-channel television. Had functional bathroom and outstandingly accommodating staff from bellboys to managers. Smooth check-in, late check-out. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

It's very central and feels luxurious. The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the delicious room service, especially the tuna tataki salad. The outdoor pool offers amazing views of the city.

The sound insulation was lacking. We often heard noise from adjacent rooms. The bed could have been more comfortable for a better night's rest.

I had a few issues . The room I booked had promised amenities that weren't provided, disappointing. The communication with some staff members was challenging. I also experienced some cleanliness concerns that affected my overall comfort.

The luxurious lobby was a highlight for our family. Breakfast was quite a treat too, with a good variety, including delicious Thai dishes-perfect for our family's diverse tastes.

In my wife's opinion, a kid-friendly menu at the restaurant would be great.

Every time we walked in, they greeted us with warmth and smiles. The buffet spread for breakfast was excellent, with everything from Indian to Thai dishes, our kids even loved the dessert section!

It wasn't exactly economical, but given the amenities it felt acceptable.
